ICON GROUP was established in Pune in the year 1980 by Late Mr. Arun Sane, a qualified engineer, who worked on several key projects in the Middle-East at various positions of responsibility with globally reputed construction giants. Icon group was formerly known as Arun Sane Associates.

Late Mr Arun Sane, the founder of the group entered into the business with a vision to develop residential and commercial properties in the fast developing city of Pune.

The story of Icon is one of many chapters, each constructed with words that represent the values at the heart of the brand.

Our philosophy is three words Integrity, Quality, Transparency.
These are the words that still define us, that we standby by, words that we have demonstrated through our work since our inception and will be our beacon for days to come.
